What’s the group about?
Start off the New Year by building a practice of loving kindness for yourself and others. This 6 week program will teach self-compassion skills in a safe environment with lots of space for support and reflection. The group centers LGBTQ+ adults, allies are welcome. Bring all aspects of yourself and practice loving all your parts.
Each week of the workshop will build on the last. Consistency is important for skill building, practice, and the fostering of community. The program is collaborative, so bring your questions, ideas, and experiences!
